It’s always an exciting day for our clients (and for us!) when we get to hand over a finished home! We love seeing people make a home their own and add all their own style touches and designs once they’ve moved in.
We recently finished a tailored design home that was based off of our Laguna floor plan, part of our Oxley Series. Join us as we take you on a look around this wonderful home we recently finished in the Southern Highlands…
The outside of the home has a lovely traditional country feel, with the timber cladding and cream colour scheme, along with the verandah running around the home. A charming gate completes the look and there’s plenty of space to park with the additional garage!
In the open plan living areas the country theme continues with some beautiful furniture and decoration. The large sliding doors and windows allow loads of natural light into the home, while framing the surroundings and the rich timber floor gives a warm feel – The kitchen has a classic look with modern appliances and simple but stylish fixtures, the perfect place to whip up a meal, before sitting down to relax and take in the view.
The bedrooms are bright and airy thanks to the large windows, allowing you to lie in bed and enjoy the views and the built-in robes mean there is plenty of storage space. The light colour scheme continues and ties the inside to the outside and the carpeted floor gives a cosy feel under foot.
The bathroom and shower feature simple yet modern finishes that still fit with the traditional country themes throughout the home, and with a bath and double shower, it has something for everyone! A laundry/utility room completes the design and offers a space for a boot room or extra storage.
Outside the home, the verandah offers a great space for relaxing or entertaining, watching the sun with a cup of coffee (or glass of wine!) and is perfect for those warm summer evenings.
