We often get asked by clients if we can make changes to our home designs to better suit their needs. The answer is yes! Our plans are flexible within the range of our module sizes and we are happy to help you make any tweaks you want to help you get your dream home. We take a look at some of the ways you can customise your design…

Space:

Depending on your lifestyle, you may prefer open plan living over cosy, clearly defined spaces. If you have a young family, open plan designs can be great for keeping an eye on the kids as well as creating large, spacious areas between different parts of the home. If you often have visitors, you may prefer the privacy that separate rooms can offer – so choosing a design that suits your lifestyle now and into the future is a great place to start.

Day to day living:

Are you a virtuoso cook? Do you love entertaining? Do you need space to work from home, or to pursue hobbies? These are all great things to consider when designing your home. A well placed kitchen flowing into a dining and living area is perfect for those who want to show off their hosting skills – but maybe you don’t need that extra bedroom and would prefer an office or study instead? No problem – just let us know!

Customise your kitchen, bathroom & laundry:

We have many different configurations to help you get the most of your important spaces. Kitchens can be designed with or without islands, and orientated in a way that best suits your needs. Bathrooms can be placed in convenient locations and include baths and showers where possible. Laundry rooms and cupboards can be separate from the main living areas, or close to your preferred room to make it easy for you.

Get the style and look you want for your home easily, by choosing from one of our themes: Classic Country, Hamptons, Contempo or Coastal. The theme will determine the look of your home, but within that everything is customisable – from paint colours to tiles to flooring.

Make the most of your view:

Another popular addition to homes is a verandah or alfresco deck – we have many styles to choose from – they create an outdoor space for you to relax or entertain, the choice is yours! We can also add extra windows and French doors to maximise the vista at your home!
