Inside

Our internal inclusions are all hand-picked from the best options on the market to ensure your new home supports your ideal lifestyle and that every surface and finish is of the highest quality and bought to you at the most affordable rate.

Interior of a Manor home

Windows

Manor standard windows are low-maintenance aluminium, including keyed locks, colour-matching flyscreens and fully treated and painted external frames. Not only are our standard windows stylish, but they are entirely secure, and your privacy is guaranteed with quality window coverings included on all clear windows of your home. Tailoring options to choose from include: Sliding windows, awning windows, double-hung windows, and bay windows.

Doors

The front entry door included on every Manor home is a solid panel feature door from the Hume 'Vaucluse' range. A solid panel door adds an extra layer of security with proper weight and heft to your entryway. The rear external door, also from Hume (their 'Glass Opening' range), features a large glass insert for increased natural light. Internal doors throughout the home are bordered by solid timber skirting and architraves and feature stainless steel Gainsborough lever-style door handles. Tailoring options to choose from include: patterned doors, glass doors and french doors.

Walls

Our internal walls are high-quality plasterboard with a 55mm cornice. Your new plaster walls are covered in 2 coats of Taubman's quality paint in the colour of your choice. No need to worry about paint blemishes as every Manor home includes a full internal builder's clean and pre-handover quality check.
For wet areas in the home's kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms, tiled walls rise to 1200mm high, with shower recess rising up to 2100mm.

Kitchen

You will really notice the high-quality inclusions in a Manor kitchen. Full-sized Polytec moisture-resistant cabinets come as standard. Polytec cabinets are manufactured from managed and renewable plantation pine as a durable, sustainable solution for our kitchens. In addition to overhead wall cabinets, your new kitchen comes complete with a 600mm Whirlpool stainless steel electric oven, a separate gas cooktop and a 600mm Whirlpool stainless steel retractable rangehood. As standard, all of our kitchens include a 1&3/4 stainless steel sink with a designer chrome gooseneck mixer. Our home design packages include a wide range of Weathertex selflok cladding. Weathertex is a market leader in sustainable cladding made with no added silica, glues, resins or formaldehyde. The cladding is durable, sustainable and available in a variety of styles, textures and sizes.

Armed with the answers to your questions from our first quick chat the discovery meeting is where we take our relationship to the next level. We conduct this meeting over zoom so there is no need to travel.
The discovery meeting takes you through the next stage of your build journey and what you can expect from us for the rest of the process.

If the Quick Chat was about you asking us questions, the Discovery Meeting is about us asking you questions. Are you downsizing? Is this home for a growing family? Is this your primary residence or used as a holiday accommodation? When do you plan to move in? What do you need to be included in your budget? These questions will allow us to understand what you need from us and your new home.
The Discovery Meeting is crucial in ensuring we can avoid any nasty surprises later in the build. At this step, if, unfortunately, we can't help you, we will tell you and point you in the right direction for a solution that better suits your needs.

We will also use this time to help you consider what layout suits your needs and lifestyle. Do you often host guests? Do you have teenage children and require a separate living area?

Once you are happy and we know we can deliver for you, we will move on to the next step of the process.

3: Design Solution

In this stage, we take everything you gave us in the Discovery Meeting and turn it into the beginning of your dream home. We will talk about your block or piece of land, potential views from your home, the best placement for sunlight and how we plan to orient your home. We pay special attention to ensure you get the right amount of winter sun and are ideally located for summer shade.

Landscape factors will also be a part of our chat. In this stage, we will address the Bushfire Attack Level (BAL) rating and flood issues that may be prevalent in your area. This landscape assessment will determine which type of home design we recommend for your site.

The Design Solution stage is also where we get into the nitty gritty, how we can help with financing and other building-related services.

Then comes the enjoyable part. This stage is where we can select which styling preference you desire from our 4 themes.
