As we head into 2023, we thought it was a great time to take a look back over the past 12 months at some of the new modular homes we’ve delivered to happy clients in 2022.
With working from seemingly here to stay, and with it less need to travel into the nearest city or town, rural living continues to gain popularity all over Australia as people seek to live their lifestyle dream and make the most of all the beautiful spots NSW has to offer.
We love bringing smiles to clients faces when they get the keys to their dream home, and we continue to be proud to be able to help people achieve the move they have always wanted to make. As trusted builders of modular homes, we know that everyone has different needs and wants – whether it be in the style, design or layout of their home, so it’s great to see so many different homes being enjoyed by our clients. Here are some of our favourites from 2022 to get you inspired to make your move in 2023…
Illawarra Region
This suburban home was built to suit the site and have a more contemporary look. With its strong lines, and subtle colours it really does offer the best of both worlds – suburban living with country style.
Inside, this home is designed to have separation between areas while still maintaining flow between rooms and having a bright feel with lots of windows and raked ceilings. The kitchen features plenty of bench top space as well as a spot for people to sit and chat while preparing a meal or when having breakfast before the school run. This area flows into the main dining space for those times when you are entertaining or when the whole family is together.
The bedrooms have a welcoming and cosy feel, while still having plenty of room thanks to the built-in storage, while the windows allow plenty of light in too.
The bathroom is very well appointed with classy finishes, plus a bath and stepless shower. The laundry room creates a great space to help keep utility appliances tucked away and provide additional space and storage.
Large sliding doors lead to the outdoor decking area at the rear of the home, which is perfect for those alfresco meals or a weekend BBQ with friends and family.
