Our homes of 2022

As we head into 2023, we thought it was a great time to take a look back over the past 12 months at some of the new modular homes we’ve delivered to happy clients in 2022.

With working from seemingly here to stay, and with it less need to travel into the nearest city or town, rural living continues to gain popularity all over Australia as people seek to live their lifestyle dream and make the most of all the beautiful spots NSW has to offer.

We love bringing smiles to clients faces when they get the keys to their dream home, and we continue to be proud to be able to help people achieve the move they have always wanted to make. As trusted builders of modular homes, we know that everyone has different needs and wants – whether it be in the style, design or layout of their home, so it’s great to see so many different homes being enjoyed by our clients. Here are some of our favourites from 2022 to get you inspired to make your move in 2023…

Southern Highlands
This charming home takes inspiration from traditional country cottages and adds new touches for the modern family.

The open plan kitchen and living area retains that country feel while creating a great space to get together with family and friends.

The bright and airy bedrooms help connect the outside with the inside and provide perfect retreat spaces for when you want to take some time to relax and take in the view.

The bathroom and laundry have a clean, modern look, while the fixtures and fittings continue the country theme from the rest of the home into these spaces.

The verandah not only gives a beautiful spot to take in the scenery, but also provides an outdoor area for entertaining or eating meals on those warm sunny evenings.

Illawarra Region
This suburban home was built to suit the site and have a more contemporary look. With its strong lines, and subtle colours it really does offer the best of both worlds – suburban living with country style.

Inside, this home is designed to have separation between areas while still maintaining flow between rooms and having a bright feel with lots of windows and raked ceilings. The kitchen features plenty of bench top space as well as a spot for people to sit and chat while preparing a meal or when having breakfast before the school run. This area flows into the main dining space for those times when you are entertaining or when the whole family is together.

The bedrooms have a welcoming and cosy feel, while still having plenty of room thanks to the built-in storage, while the windows allow plenty of light in too.

The bathroom is very well appointed with classy finishes, plus a bath and stepless shower. The laundry room creates a great space to help keep utility appliances tucked away and provide additional space and storage.

Large sliding doors lead to the outdoor decking area at the rear of the home, which is perfect for those alfresco meals or a weekend BBQ with friends and family.

Southern Tablelands
This magnificent home really makes the most of the views and surroundings in every part of the home.

The contrasting colours in the kitchen really add some wow factor and help create a separation of space between a space to cook and the living area.

The large sliding doors and window in the living and dining area, along with the pitched roof help welcome lots of natural light into the home, as well as framing the beautiful views.

The bedrooms also feature windows that allow you to relax and still be in touch with the surroundings, while still keeping the rooms cosy and comfy.

The bathroom has sleek, minimalist finishes that help add a modern touch to the home as well as providing a shower and bath. The verandahs and decking also allow even more space to take in the surroundings and relax or entertain in those warm summer nights.

Here at Manor we are proud of all the homes we deliver, and look forward to continuing to help our clients achieve their lifestyle dream and get the perfect home for their needs over the coming year and beyond!
