It’s nearly the end of another year! For many of us the last 12 months have been quite challenging. However, over the last couple of months, things have started to improve and there is certainly more cheer as we head into the new year.

With all the changes, lots of us have re-evaluated our priorities, both in terms of our work/life balance, and our lifestyles. This has led to more and more people starting their journey to get the lifestyle they’ve always dreamed of, and make the big move to the country!

Here at Manor Homes, we are proud to of been able to deliver new homes for our clients, whether it be helping people who had lost their homes in the bushfires, to those who wanted to enjoy the country lifestyle in a beautiful new home. We take a look back at some of our Homes of 2021…

Central Coast:

This lovely home is a custom design based on our ever popular Avoca home design. A modern and simple look with a country twist! The bright open plan living space features large glass doors and natural, timber floors which help bring the outside, inside. A stylish, spacious kitchen and bathroom help add a modern flavour to this home. It was also shortlisted in a competition for its unique colour and styling.

Southern Coast:
As part of operation recovery, we helped a client who had lost their home in the bushfires of 2019/20 to get into their new home

Making the most of the stunning surroundings with views from every room of the home, as well as a covered deck area for enjoying meals outside all year around. The sleek kitchen and country styled meals area add personality and charm. We hope the owners enjoy making many new happy memories here!

Central Coast:



This stunning ‘beach cottage’ inspired extension fits seamlessly in with the surrounding bushland. Joined by wide breezeway, this addition to the main home was exactly what the young family dreamed of. With 3 bedrooms, a study, large living area and bathroom, this home has it all.
