November 12, 2019 / [Country Living](https://blog.manor.net.au/article/tag/country-living), [Modular Construction](https://blog.manor.net.au/article/tag/modular-construction), [Benefits of Modular](https://blog.manor.net.au/article/tag/benefits-of-modular) - [Tweet](https://twitter.com/share) | All over the country, Australians have looked to modular homes to realise their coastal and country ambitions. Modular homes offer everything traditional builds do plus so much more… ![Manor factory built home](https://blog.manor.net.au/hs-fs/hubfs/1-8.png?width=600&name=1-8.png) Unquestionable quality Throughout the build, Manor uses high quality materials and the end result will always meet and often exceed those of conventional builds. The factory-built homes are sheltered from the elements during their build, which means that the materials retain their quality. Customisable modern designs When you think modular, you may think bland and boring, but this could not be further from the truth. Manor Homes offer a range of contemporary designs and if you have a specific design in mind, we can make that vision a reality. Speedy builds Whilst conventional homes can take up to a year or more to build onsite, the production line efficiency of Manor’s modular homes allows purchasers to be in their homes in as little as 12 weeks. Cost effective Modular building offers controlled costs with none of the variations or surprises, that are so common in onsite builds. Plus, buyers can also save on rent, as the onsite build time is dramatically shorter. If the new house is being built on another part of your property, you have the added bonus of not having to rent at all.   Sustainable solutions Because Manor’s homes are constructed in a factory setting, materials are not left out in the weather, avoiding mildew, mould, rust and sun damage. The construction process involves less waste, as excess materials are able to be repurposed in other builds. Manor also offer additional options you can select to further reduce the carbon footprint of your home.   If you want a high quality, sustainable, custom designed home that can be built in a fraction of the time of a traditionally build, [contact Manor Homes](http://manor.net.au/contact/) today.   [![DOWNLOAD YOUR HOME DESIGN BOOKLET](https://no-cache.hubspot.com/cta/default/2416380/21222f7f-8056-4bdd-9bf6-95a7d437159f.png)](https://cta-redirect.hubspot.com/cta/redirect/2416380/21222f7f-8056-4bdd-9bf6-95a7d437159f) | | --- |   [![Manor-Logo-RGB-LR-1](https://blog.manor.net.au/hs-fs/hubfs/Manor-Logo-RGB-LR-1.jpg?width=326&name=Manor-Logo-RGB-LR-1.jpg)](http://manor.net.au)     Head Office And Factory 5 Sunny Bank Road, Lisarow NSW 2250 Current Display Home Location 5 Sunny Bank Road, Lisarow NSW 2250 Please contact us on [1800 55 18 18](tel:1800551818) to book a visit to our display home.
