The Pokolbin
The Pokolbin is country-styling at its best. The home's front aspect is built to impress, boasting a wide sweeping verandah. Entry to the Pokolbin is via the full-length verandah and welcomes you into the home's separate entrance hall. The large open-plan living, meals and kitchen area is located in it's own wing and placed away from the home's private rooms. The open-plan living area features a high raked ceiling giving a great sense of space and a modern feel.
A long hallway leads you to the home's 4 bedrooms, the main with its own ensuite and walk-in robe, while the 3 secondary bedrooms all feature built-in robes. With its own separate toilet, the family bathroom borders the generously sized laundry, with its own rear access.
The Pokolbin's classic country styling comes in the form of the home's horizontal Weathertex selflok cladding. The stylish finish is made from 100% Australian timber and is built to last.

In this stage, we take everything you gave us in the Discovery Meeting and turn it into the beginning of your dream home. We will talk about your block or piece of land, potential views from your home, the best placement for sunlight and how we plan to orient your home. We pay special attention to ensure you get the right amount of winter sun and are ideally located for summer shade.
Landscape factors will also be a part of our chat. In this stage, we will address the Bushfire Attack Level (BAL) rating and flood issues that may be prevalent in your area. This landscape assessment will determine which type of home design we recommend for your site.
The Design Solution stage is also where we get into the nitty gritty, how we can help with financing and other building-related services.
