After the devastating bush fires that affected Australia in the summer of 2019/20, Manor launched Operation Recovery - working to government bushfire rebuild guidelines and BAL ratings, we wanted to assist those who had lost homes due to the fires, and help them to rebuild their homes as quickly as possible. When one of our clients who had been working as an electrical contractor for Manor lost their home in the New Years Eve bushfires, they knew where to come. After working on over 25 homes for us, the client knew the quality of what we do and got in touch straight away - and we were happy to help! Operation Recovery gave priority to our Bushfire affected clients, and we were able to utilise our factory building processes to build their new home quickly and without delay. Our clients are settled in their new home, with the peace of mind that their home is built to last, and are enjoying creating new happy memories there! We worked with the clients to bring them a modern home teamed with a cosy country feel, offering them everything they wanted to suit their lifestyle needs. Why wouldn't you want an outdoor area to enjoy the view? A lovely spot for family meals outside, or for entertaining friends! All our homes are built to the required government BAL (Bushfire Attack Level). This is a system that assesses the risk of Bushfire and classifies that risk into 6 levels. The higher the level, more measures of protection are needed in the rebuild. Once we know the BAL, we make sure that we build homes to meet these requirements, in order to keep your home as safe as possible.
